NIL Technology (NILT) announces changes to leadership team effect September 1st, 2026
Copenhagen, Denmark, 1 September 2026 – Theodor Nielsen, founder and CEO for the past 20 years transitions to a new full-time role as Founder and Head of Strategic Projects. Thomas Haals Løndorf, CFO in NILT for the past 7 years, is appointed CEO of NILT.
“After developing and leading NILT for two decades I am happy to pass on the leadership to Thomas, and at the same time stay in NILT. The company will later this year have multiple meta-optics manufacturing lines in place, and NILT is entering a next phase. I will continue to work with our customers and strategy, and I look forward to fully dedicate my efforts to these areas. Thomas will be an excellent CEO of NILT and I am happy to see him taking over from me”, says Theodor Nielsen

In addition, Ludovic Marigo is appointed VP Engineering and will lead the company’s engineering activities with focus on establishing mass production processes for meta-optics and meta-optics module solutions. Ludovic is joining NILT’s management team. Finally, Martin Balimann and Brian Orr are both promoted to SVP Business Operations and SVP Sales & Marketing, respectively.
