CT100 – Release Agent Treatment Tool

The CT100 release agent treatment chamber is designed to add an anti-stick monolayer coating on a stamp surface prior to imprinting. The monolayer coating is based on fluorinated silane chemistry and results in a contact angle to water of 110 deg. The coating process is automated and the cycle time for coating a stamp is only 15 min.
