We make custom made nickel shims to produce microfluidic and Lab-on-a-chip (LOC) systems by hot-embossing or injection molding. We make the shims according to customer specifications regarding thickness, size, format, pattern and pattern depths. Moreover, the shims can be cut into any size and format within 140 mm diameter by laser cutting.
