Nickel shims can be fabricated with any design specified by customers. NILT also offers to make Nickel copies of customers' existing silicon, fused silica or polymer stamps. The pattern is defined by electron beam lithography, UV lithography, nanoimprint lithography (NIL), laser interference lithography or laser writing. The Nickel shims can be delivered in any square or rectangular shape up to 600 mm x 600 mm (pattern dependent).
NILT delivers nickel shims for different applications such as: Lab-on-a-chip, medical devices, anti-reflective films, displays and light diffusing films.
