NILT offers cleaning of stamps based on dry and wet cleaning processes. Typical stamp materials to be cleaned are silicon, fused silica and nickel, and in special situations also polymer stamps . The success rate of the cleaning processes is very dependent on the exact stamp geometry and on the kind of material the stamp is polluted with.
