NILT offers Nickel stamps made by electroplating from an inverse master. Electroplating is done on silicon and polymer masters. The masters can be both flat or curved with diameters of up to 6 inch or any odd shape within a 6 inch diameter.
In order to avoid distortion of the micro and/or nanostructures, the master is removed chemically instead of performing mechanical/manual separation.
Anti-sticking coating can be applied to the stamp upon request.
