NILT Custom Stamps are produced using state-of-the-art
e-beam lithography systems.
Parameters as pitch and linewidth of the structures are very
well-defined and uniform across the entire stamp. All NILT Custom Stamps are engineered according to exact customer design specifications.
Standard wafer formats and 65 x 65 mm stamps are offered. |
Standard Stamps
Ideal for material testing and imprint process optimization, NILT Standard Stamps are cost-effective stamps with fixed patterns defined by NILT.
The standard stamps have each its own specific profile and structure sizes - the smallest down to 50 nm.
NILT offers standard stamps in Silicon, Quartz and Nickel. |
