Brian Bilenberg, Chief Technical Officer
Brian Bilenberg has a M. Sc. E. degree in engineering physics from the Technical University of Denmark. He is experienced with nanoimprint lithography and the market for nanoimprint lithography. Furthermore, Mr. Bilenberg has extensive knowledge of nanoimprint lithography stamp fabrication by electron beam lithography. Brian Bilenberg is co-founder of NIL Technology.

Peixiong Shi received his Ph.D. degree in Physics from Aarhus University in Denmark (1992). His previous management experience includes the position as processing manager at Nanovation Inc., where he was responsible for setting up a 6-inch Silicon wafer production line for photonic devices, and the position as Manufacturing Director at a California-based start-up company (E2O), where he was responsible for the daily operation of their production facility. He has published over 30 technical papers and served in the program committee of the Nordic Association of Contamination Control (R3 Nordic). Mr. Peixiong Shi has been working in the field of micro- and nano-fabrication for over 14 years and is highly experienced in electron beam lithography and dry-etching

Professor Dr. Clivia M. Sotomayor Torres, Scientific Advisor
Professor Dr. Clivia M. Sotomayor Torres leads the Photonic Nanostructures Group at the Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork, Ireland. She has contributed over 200 technical publications to the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology including NIL.. Prof. Dr. Clivia M. Sotomayor Torres Clivia carries out research in nanofabrication, nanophotonics and energy and momentum relaxation in nanostructures. She edited the book "Alternative Lithography: unleashing the potentials of nanotechnology" (Kluwer/Academic, New York 2003).
